Little Learners Early Education

What we do…

At Little Learners, we accompany parents and their children on the thrilling journey of early years learning.

We provide comprehensive early childhood education for ages 6 weeks to 6 years, offering full-time funded kindergarten programs for 3 and 4-year- olds. Our tailored approach ensures individualised education programs that nurture each child’s unique needs, promoting developmental growth.

Operating Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, and open most public holidays (closed during Christmas week). We host engaging community events including open days, garden events, and parent-teacher nights, fostering strong family connections.

Our certified in-house chef prepares nutritious meals daily, catering from breakfast to late snacks, ensuring your child enjoys healthy options throughout the day. Your child’s well-being is our priority.

As a privately-owned family centre, we cherish our unique outdoor play areas, crafted to spark your child’s imagination. Our play-based learning spaces enable kids to explore, discover, and understand their interests and limits as they journey through exploration and investigation.

We advocate for hands-on learning to empower children in their education. Our diverse extracurricular activities, like Mini Maestros and Kelly Sports, and Indigenous community events enrich our learners’ development across various areas of development. Meet Some of the Team

Michelle, our Centre Director, brings over 15 years of dedicated service to Little Learners! With experience spanning from educator to management, Michelle’s deep commitment to early childhood education shines through in all her endeavours. She maintains strong connections with children, families, and staff, constantly seeking new adventures within the centre, especially alongside the children.

Mukta, one of our Kindergarten teachers for 4 to 5 year olds, has been with our Little Learners community for over 10 years. She is passionate about Early Childhood Education and shows her dedication by consistently offering excellent care and engaging education programs to our little learners. Mukta also mentors our newer educators, sharing her valuable experience and knowledge with them willingly.

Amal, our most tenured educator, boasts over 16 years of invaluable service and has significantly contributed to the ongoing enhancement of our centre. Passionate and dedicated, Amal actively seeks opportunities for growth and eagerly participates in community events. Amal is a highly dedicated member of our Kindergarten room
and specifically enjoys engaging children in group times, songs, and a variety of exciting learning experiences.

Priya serves as our Educational Leader, bringing over 5 years of dedicated service to our team. Possessing a unique blend of skills, Priya significantly enhances our centre. She embodies confidence, collaboration, creativity, open-mindedness, proactivity, and motivation. Priya is a committed team member who excels in supporting both educators and children alike. She is passionate about the children in her care and always aims to provide a loving and nurturing environment for all children.

Jade, our esteemed centre chef, has been an integral part of our team for more than 11 years. Beyond crafting nutritious and delectable meals for our children,
Jade exudes a genuine passion for early childhood development. She delights in visiting classrooms, where she actively engages children in enjoyable and educational cooking experiences as part of our programs. You’ll often find her sneaking into rooms for a bit of playtime with the children.

Linda has been an integral part of our Little Learners family for more than 14 years. With a specialty in working with children facing diagnosed challenges, Linda has cultivated remarkable relationships with all children and families. Linda is best known for her fun approach to learning through providing inclusive practices to all children and offering all forms of education and care in the most engaging of ways. She is renowned for the positive bonds she creates with each and every one of our Little Learners.

My son has just started his 4-year-old kinder at Little Learners for 2 months, and now when I pick him up at 5pm, he even doesn't want to leave and also he always tells me that he loves this school and he loves all the teachers in his penguin room. Penguin rooms teachers are so amazing and I really appreciate their dedicated work. We all love this centre!!

Little Learners is such a great place for my kid!!The educators are super friendly and caring as well as professional. There are a wide range of activities for kids both indoors and outdoors that are very engaging and enriching.Sangeeta and her team in the Possum room as well as Priya & Shehzade and their team in the Wombat room have been a blessing in disguise for a me as a first time mom leaving her child in childcare for the first time. They genuinely care and listen to ensure each child’s individual needs are met and taken care of.Highly recommend Little Learners (more so because of their educators).

It was their 16th anniversary today and we decided to have a look for my younger daughter. As soon as we entered there we were welcomed in a hospitable manner. It's a huge child Care with lots of friendly staff and lots of places for kids to play with individually gated areas. Lots of things children can choose to play in out area. Child care is colourful and very vibrant. I wish I had sent my older child there too. I can't wait for my little one to begin her early education here.

Our son has been at Little Learners since 10 months old. We have been so happy with our choice of childcare as the staff are extremely friendly and are great at their jobs. Our 4 year old comes home happy, full from nutritious food and is learning so much in kinder. When we first did a tour we felt so comfortable and the playground areas are absolutely amazing! It makes us feel at ease when we leave him in their care. We have a daughter who went through Little Learners and she is in prep. The transition was smooth! Wouldn't reccommend anywhere else!!!

We were greeting with the most warmest welcoming by the staff. The facilities are absolutely incredible, my almost 3 year old walked in with a big thumbs up which was a great sign upon arrival that she felt happy, comfortable and safe in this space!!

I am so happy with the the staff of Possum room. I feel so safe and sound to leave my daughter with Sangeetha and her staff. They look after my child so well she is always seen happy neat and tidy, just like the way I want my child to be. I would love to thank the possum room staff. You all are doing an amazing job. Really happy with the Possum room staff. Sangeeta and others. My daughter is much more confident and has settled in really nicely. No more tears at pick up & drop offs. Couldn’t be happier!!! I all the updates and everyday photos. Also I love the fact staff is so caring!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Can’t rate little learners south morang highly enough. My daughter is in the penguins room and nav and the team are truely the most patient and caring people. My daughter loves them all so much and although we’ve only been here a year she’s learnt so much from being here! Thank you guys so much !

My kid is now in the Possum Room (12-18 months age group). She absolutely loves going to childcare, and enjoys the activities in the room (right from artwork, to playing with water toys or playing in the sun, learning to make edible paint, toys/ activities to develop her motor skills, and making cute DIY takeaways for events).sangeetha and the other educators are very caring and ensure that they align her feed and milk requirements as per our inputs. They also are very receptive to feedback and are constantly seeking ways to improve the child's experience with them in terms of activities, feeds, play time, sleep schedules, etc. The rooms are clean. They also organise events for special days with a lot of planning and thought behind the parents experience. I do not worry about my child when I send her to this childcare, and i love the amazing pics and videos they share of my child's day. Definitely recommended.

My daughter has special needs and she’s very active 🤣I feel sorry for the educators every time I leave her there because I know how hard it is.She’s running everywhere, jumping, clamming …She is always happy to attend little learners, it is a beautiful place full of colours, toys and specially full of love.Everyone knows her and she’s always accompanied by someone and it’s very important for every mum to know that there kids are protected and safeAll the stuff are nice, kind and always available when I need them.I feel like I have another family you can count on!!I can’t wait for my nephews to start kinder here too !!!

Hi,My name is Swetha, I recently visited Little Learners South Morang for my study assignment. The first thing I would like to mention is the welcoming atmosphere.The physical space is designed to be both child friendly and welcoming. Staffs are amazing, especially Geeta from Parrot room who took me for a short tour of the center and introduced me to all the amazing passionate staffs.

Thank you to the Crocodile🐊 room at little learners for caring for my nephew. He talks about his teachers all the time and loves going to kinder everyday to enjoy all of the fun activities. They have done such a great job getting him ready for school next year. We all love this centre!

Almost 7years my kids went to Little learners. It's impressive to say that little learners was the second home to both our kids.Our son Pavel was in Crocodile room and we were so happy with his development.We really appreciate all Madison's Stephanie's and Poppy's Reena and Pari's efforts as educators. They always made sure Pavel has best day in the room.They built a strong relationship with Pavel and us which helped and supported Pavel to became his best version.All the room staff worked so hard to create a fun and creative educational environment to fulfill kids physical and emotional needs.Pavel is in prep now and still he miss his Kindergarten.

Little learners is one of the good childcare centres in South morang, myself and my family have attended to one of the open days and Geeta and her team took care of us and showed around the premises which created comfort and confidence that, our child can go into this centre starting next year. Kids need something new, something entertaining, something that keeps them happy, be it colourful crafts around them or a teacher who can engage them and teach them activities that help them learn and develop their skills. It was so hard to leave my little Dishen in childcare when he was 5 months old..In wallaby room ,I found great two mums for him. Year by year he was growing up among very nice ladies, in Emu, possum, Bilby rooms and finally in penguin room, My boy grew up there & he see the world in better way in there. In penguin room with the lovely team, My son learnt a lot.He improved a lot .I thank all the educators and staff for their great team work and for their support &kindness.All the best!!
